Getting started
How do I run a free breach scan?
Enter your email on the homepage. No account required. You'll see which databases your email appears in within seconds.
What's included in my subscription?
Dark web monitoring, data broker removal, inbox watching (Email Guardian), canary tokens, voice clone analysis, and weekly AI briefings. Device scanner and browser extension coming soon. Bank fraud watch and monthly money rundown also coming soon. Available features depend on your plan tier.
How do I set up the device scanner?
The device scanner is coming soon. When it launches, you will download it and pair it to your account with a short code shown on first launch. We will email you the moment it is ready.
Billing
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. No phone call, no questions. Your subscription runs until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any payment if you're not satisfied. Contact us at hello@zaicore.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay via Stripe.
Privacy & data
Do you sell my data?
Never. Our business model is your subscription. Your data is not our product.
How is my breach data stored?
Breach data is encrypted at rest, stored in Canada, and scoped to your account only. You can delete it at any time from account settings.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account → Settings → Delete account. All your data is purged within 24 hours.
