Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the ZAICORE service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
ZAICORE provides identity protection services including dark web monitoring, data broker removal, device scanning, and AI-assisted security guidance. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law. Annual plans include one free cancellation within 30 days of renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use ZAICORE to monitor individuals without their consent, to conduct unauthorized security testing, or for any unlawful purpose. One account per person. Sharing credentials violates these Terms.
5. Limitations
We provide best-effort monitoring but do not guarantee that all breaches or threats will be detected. No security service catches 100% of threats. ZAICORE is a tool, not a guarantee.
6. Data
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. You retain ownership of all data you provide to ZAICORE.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
