How does the referral program work?

What happens if I cancel?
Your protection runs until the end of your billing period. After that, monitoring stops. No fees, no contracts, no phone calls.
Does the Family plan cover kids?
Yes. You can add up to 5 email addresses from any household member: kids, parents, whoever.
What devices does the scanner support?
Device scanner is coming soon. When it ships: macOS, Windows, and Linux first, with iOS and Android on the roadmap.
How does the bank connection work?
Bank connection is coming soon. When it launches, it will use a private read-only connection. ZAICORE never moves money and never changes account settings. Your bank info will be encrypted with a key only you can unlock. If you ever disconnect, we delete your bank data within 24 hours.
Does ZAICORE move or touch my money?
No. When the bank connection launches, it will be read-only. We will watch transactions to spot fraud and find subscriptions. We never move funds, never change account settings, and never have the ability to. If a charge looks wrong, you contact your bank to dispute, and we walk you through exactly what to say.
Is my data safe with ZAICORE?
We never sell your data. Our business model is your subscription. Breach data is handled encrypted, stored in Canada, and can be deleted from your account at any time.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can switch to annual at any time from your account settings. The difference is prorated.
